FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1: HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?

A: All attendees must be have tickets purchased prior to the event by July 14th. You may purchase tickets HERE.

2: CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE EVENT THE DAY OF?

A: No, we will not be selling tickets at the gate.  All attendees will need to be ticketed by Friday, July 14 by 6 PM.

3: HOW MUCH DO TICKETS COST?

A: Early bird tickets are available until May 31st. Those prices are: $25 for general admission/$50 for GA + VIP Party (night before). After the 31st ticket prices go up to $30 and $60 respectively.

4: IS THIS EVENT 21+ EVEN IF I HAVE A MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD?

A: Yes, the event is only 21+. You will need valid ID but a MMJ card is not required.

5: WHEN IS THE AWARDS CEREMONY?

A: The awards ceremony will begin around 7:30 PM.

6: CAN I RECEIVE C.E. CREDITS IF I ATTEND THE EDUCATION PORTION OF THE EVENT?

A: We are working with Seattle Central College and DOH in order to provide you with C.E. credits. More information on this will be coming soon.

7: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

A: The event will be outdoors on a gravel lot.  There will be various tents for rain coverage as well as tented vendor areas.  Please plan for cooler temperatures when outside in the evening and comfortable footwear for the duration of the event.  Flat shoes are encouraged.

8: WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE EVENT?

A: Outside food and drink will not be allowed inside the event. Personal smoking/vaping devices are allowed. Personal use cannabis is allowed. Quantities need to be within state law guidelines. No cannabis sales of any kind are permitted and will result in immediate exclusion from event.

9: WILL THERE BE ANY CANNABIS AVAILABLE TO BUY?

A: There is a Recreational Cannabis store adjacent to the event for adult-use purchases.

10: WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE?

A: Yes, there will be food trucks open for business onsite for all food and non-alcoholic drink needs. No outside food and drink is allowed in the event.

11: WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM THE EVENT?

A: The Terpestival is simultaneously an educational event, awards ceremony and a celebration! Expect great music, great food and great information centered on the evolution of the legal cannabis market and our understanding of terpenes.

12: ARE THERE ANY OTHER PARTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE TERPESTIVAL?

A: Yes. There will be a VIP Party the night before. Location and details forthcoming.

13: HOW IS THE JUDGING DONE?

A: All entries are tested by the Official Laboratory of The Terpestival, Medicine Creek Analytics. If an entry qualifies in the top 3 of any category the product then moves on to our judges team. Please see more detailed information HERE to learn more about the judges and the process.

15. WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS?

DEADLINE: FRIDAY MAY 26TH OR UNTIL MAXIMUM ENTRIES REACHED
