The purpose of policy work is to engage public servants in the mission of ending, rather than propping up, criminal sanctions associated with cannabis market participation. This includes both formal and informal market participation.<\/p>\n

Our main policy work we do these days is with jurisdictions applying to California’s Cannabis Equity Program. Executive Director Dominic Corva has conducted equity assessments for Humboldt County, Mendocino County, Lake County, Nevada County, and City of Clearlake. He is currently working on assessments for Sonoma County and the City of Santa Cruz, as well as advising on the development of a plan for San Diego County.
